As of July 2, 2025, Vitality Solutions officially becomes a subsidiary of NextGenMed Staffing, expanding our reach and deepening our commitment to excellence in both clinical and allied healthcare staffing.

Vitality Solutions, founded by experienced travel nurse and respected agency owner Janelle Jones, has built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and clinical expertise. Janelle will remain closely involved as a partner within the NextGenMed family, bringing her industry knowledge and frontline experience to further enhance our staffing strategy.
