Janelle Jones

Co-Owner

Janelle Jones is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience and more than 12 years as a travel nurse, serving patients across a variety of healthcare settings nationwide. Before founding her own agency, she became a top-performing recruiter—earning Recruiter of the Year two years in a row and quickly rising to become the fastest-growing recruiter in her firm. Driven by a desire to build a nurse-centered agency, Janelle launched Vitality, a respected, nurse-owned and operated staffing firm known for its high clinical standards and unwavering support of healthcare professionals. Following the acquisition of Vitality by NextGen MedStaffing, Janelle continues to serve as an owner and provides clinical oversight, helping guide the company to ensure it stays true to its mission: delivering exceptional care while supporting the nurses and providers who make it possible.

Robert brings deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, Metrics, and KPIs. He also brings a strong track record of driving financial operational excellence across global organizations.
